My Skyline Chili Experience
At the urging of virtually everyone that know I am in Cincinnati I decided to try Skyline Chili tonight. I ordered the Chili spaghetti with cheese as instructed and liberally applied hot sauce.
I have to say it was very tasty. I am not sure what they do to the cheese or the chili but it definitely has a distinct taste to it. The only thing that I didn’t like was how much cheese they put on it. Those of you that know me are probably reading that last line again to make sure you read it right. Yes…. it was too much cheese, even for me. I thought I might have a coronary during my meal so I put some of it on another plate. The photo below was the cheese I took off and it still had a ton on it.
