Fat Kid Health Plan - Week 1
I am feeling pretty good after my first week of the fat kid health plan. All and all I would say I stayed on track, with a few exceptions.

Best BBQ Wings Ever
Yesterday I drove an hour and a half to get wings for the Florida State game (which we won!). This is the second time I have had these wings and they were just as awesome. Fat Kid Needs to Get in Shape
The past few months of travel, deadlines and events have totally destroyed my eating and exercise habits. I have decided the only way I am going to keep myself in check is to put it out there each week and have to admit failure if I make an excuse.
I am wiping out caffeine and cutting back on junk food, alcohol and heavy lunches I eat all the time. My fat ass will be on the road each morning...

First off let me say that this blog has very low traffic. It’s not something I spend a lot of time on. Tedmurphy.org isn’t SEO’d (tumblr sucks for that btw), I don’t create a ton of compelling content and I don’t actively market it. Calling All Mommies
Last night on my way back to Olrando a waiter spilled an entire beer on me, my phone, my computer, my wallet and on/in my brand new laptop bag. It wasn’t pretty. I am not sure what type of beer it was, but the smell of hops is overpowering and my bag reeks. I don’t think I can put it in the washer, so I am clueless as to how I should get rid of the smell. Any ideas?
